Glad to say that Pursuit Physio in Red Deer is really great. Got there today for an appointment at 10:30, only to find there was a scheduling mishap where when I called to book additional appointments last week, they had accidentally rescheduled today's instead of making a new one for the week after. The owner/physiotherapist I'm seeing didn't want anyone else to work with me, since my situation is so complicated, so she booked me into her break at 11:30 so I could still be treated today. In addition to that, without me even having to ask, they cleared a room for me and got me a pillow, blanket, and hot towels so I could lay down for the hour I had to wait, since I can't sit up for long without intense pain. I was so appreciative of their efforts to rectify the mishap and make me as comfortable as possible as well. Mishaps happen but they handled it with true professionalism and empathy. Would highly recommend as I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

I've been attending Pursuit Physiotherapy clinic since 2013, and I can't recommend it highly enough! My treatment sessions with Nicki, particularly the IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) therapy, have been incredibly effective. Nicki is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also compassionate and attentive, making each session both productive and comfortable. The clinic itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Specifically, I want to mention that Nicki, Mary & Cara have made a real impact on my recovery journey over the years. I also appreciate learning the daily stretches & exercises that are just right for me to do at home. It's always inspiring to see the positive effects of expert care! I am so grateful for all of your help!

I have used the services of 2 physiotherapists at Pursuit and I'm quite impressed with the attention to details and manual therapy know-how that both therapists showed. Being a PT myself, I have referred patients outside of my scope of interest to this clinic. Keep it up!

What a lovely physiotherapy clinic. It's always clean and the receptionist are really helpful and friendly. Leanne is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the issues she notices. She's also quite adept at determining the correct treatment/movements for optimal recovery.

I have been going to this clinic last two years for sure. I get dry needling done here for some of my injuries, I had dry needling done in few different places, and honestly… seeing Dianne here to help me just to recoup and calm down my pains again, has been life changing for me. So forever thank you. The front staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve seen Lynsey here when Dianne was away and she was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. In process on seeing pelvic health physio, and a lot learned from Nickole so far.
