Angie is absolutely amazing! She truly has a gift when it comes to working with long hair. Not only is she talented, but she’s also so warm and welcoming. Her space is gorgeous, relaxing, and such a vibe. You can tell she really cares about her clients and the experience she creates.

I have been seeing Kirby at Purnama for about 6 years now, before coming here I had severe hair trauma from a previous bad experience & was driving 4hrs down to the lower mainland just to get my hair done. I took a chance on her after being recommended by a friend & it was the BEST decision I made! She has always gone above & beyond with my hair, and is on board with whatever crazy ideas I come up with. Whether it’s a 6hr appointment for colour correction, or a quick trim. She makes sitting in the chair the best experience. Couldn’t recommend this salon enough!

So I haven’t had my hair done in over a year. As my Hairdressor went MIA. Sounds crazy but I’m super picky An have had really great people work on my hair all around the world. So after looking and asking around I came across Krista here @Purnama. With high expectations not skipping a beat I find my gal. Not only did I find someone that totally understood exactly what I wanted she wasn’t all talk. Her level of passion in what she does shows through in her colour cut and style. She is exceptional beyond words. I have find someone who truly cares. She really is one of the top Hairdressor I’ve ever come across. I thank her for being her An truly being so awesome at what she does. Everything is inspiring to say the least. I highly recommend anyone looking for the perfect Hairdressor to their hair colour because she is highly gifted and talented. Especially blonde. I can’t wait to see where this year will take us. I've been going to Purnama for about 2+ years now. I had moved to town from Montreal where I had the same stylist for over 8 years. The idea of finding a new home for my hair care needs was really overwhelming. I ended up trying Purnama based on the reviews, and haven't looked back! Angie is the absolute best! I feel so comfortable with her and I've left every appointment feeling amazing. She knocks it out of the park every time, whether we go dark or light! I love the general vibe of the salon and the community feeling that the team generates. It's quite refreshing, and while I now live in Vancouver I still get my hair done at Purnama. Worth the drive. :)

Sarah is the absolute hardest-working and most talented stylist I’ve ever met! From the moment you sit in her chair, you know you’re in the hands of someone who truly knows what they’re doing. She has an incredible eye for color and technique, and she transformed my hair into a stunning masterpiece. The way she blended my roots into a warm, gingery hue without using bleach is nothing short of magic. She managed to keep my hair healthy and vibrant while giving it a beautiful, multidimensional color that I absolutely love. Her expertise and experience shine through in every step, and she always makes sure you walk out feeling like your best self.
