I purchased my vehicle from Phil at Progressive a few years ago and recently brought it in for what I thought would be a quick fix (despite having absolutely zero knowledge of cars - I clearly was hoping for the best). As it turns out, the job was not so simple. Sam and Boris helped me navigate warranty coverage, a loaner car while my car was in the shop, and regularly kept me up to date during the process. My experience with both Progressive Leasing and Progressive Auto Repair has always been really positive and I would highly recommend them!

This is by far the best team of professionals in all of Calgary. I'm not the brightest with my vehicle, and they are so good to me when I tell them "it's making a "sound". They do full diagnostics, walk me through the process slowly and most importantly, they know to call my husband when things are a bit more complicated (because I for sure know I wont retain or understand it). They do a thorough job and the work is worth every penny. I am so happy my husband stumbled upon this team. Can't recommend enough!

I recently had my car serviced at Progressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Borys, the service rep, was professional, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. They replaced my valve cover gasket and front struts — now the car runs smooth and quiet, with no more annoying noises. The work was done on time and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but Progressive definitely earned it. Highly recommended!
