Luis & his Team were extremely accommodating with a last minute booking for one of my Clients for a move out. They squeezed her in at the last minute, even at month end. When she arrived after the clean, her place was absolutely immaculate, even though they had a shorter time frame to work with, it was amazing. I would recommend ProClean 100%- whether it's a one time clean or regular scheduled cleaning schedule.

They are my regular cleaners and I am very happy with this company. Jacky and Lorena are very good people and do a great and consistent job in my house. Jacky is very open to feedback and always accommodates my requests if she can. I do recommend them.

i hired this company for a move out cleaning last month, and the quality was extremely poor for the $400 we paid. some floors were left untouched, drains were not cleaned, they left a puddle of something, not entirely sure what it was, under the sink, the balcony was untouched, windows unwashed, and much more. it was to the point that our building charged us an additional $270 to get it re-cleaned. an edit: my roommate did not inspect before leaving a tip, and as soon as the tip was received the cleaners left. also, the company said the apartment was in “very poor condition,” which is not accurate, as my roommates and i had cleaned quite a bit in our move out process. this company just did not do their jobs, and left a bigger mess in places.

Used ProClean for move-out cleaning. Paid $300 + tax which included the oven and fridge cleaning. The cleaners were on time but the execution was not great. There were obvious stain spots that I had them re-clean. Corner areas were clearly not cleaned properly as seen in the pictures. Oven and fridge were not properly cleaned even though I had specifically paid for these services. There was a small cabinet (less than 30 inch) that was not moved, so the dust behind were untouched. I wrote this review and ProClean contacted me for a re-do clean at no charge. However, I waited for 1 hour and they did not show up or answer my calls/emails. They called me 1.5 hrs later to say they were running behind, at which point I had already left the apartment. The person on the call at the time was quite rude on the phone, suggesting that the unit may not be clean because it was too dirty beforehand, which is absurd. In the end, the same cleaners came and re-cleaned spots I asked for. They took the oven out and cleaned under as well. However they still missed corners in the bathroom that I had to ask them again, to clean. During the cleaning process, they chipped part of the underboard in the bathroom which I have let the landlord know. Overall, I appreciate that they attempted to make it up with a re-do, but had left me waiting for an hour with no replies. Took much more time from me (3 separate trips to the unit) for me to receive what I paid for. In addition they left some damages in the unit. I still would not recommend using ProClean based on my experience.
