These guys left my master bedroom bath for another job abruptly and never completed it. After a few months, I also found my gold jewelry missing that my mom (who has passed away) gave me. I could only assume the reason for abrupt departure.

Very prompt response when calling , does his best to send someone ASAP. Have used Brad a number of times , always with good results. Has given good advice when asked even if it may cost him some work. Honest with us. Recommend

Brad had a bad attention for detail. Half finishes jobs then leaves for other companies to complete. Plumbing coming out of walls in wrong spot causing me to cut my bathroom vanity. Would not ever recommend.

After numerous attempts for Brad from proactive plumbing and heating to clean up and repair our one year old furnace, which failed the inspection. It is still full of rust from his improper installation.He neither cares about this situation or his FORMER customers. Think twice before doing business with Brad and his company Proactive plumbing and heating 🤬

In the spring of 2023, I decided to build a house and GC the project. I had never built a house before, and knew I had a lot to learn in the coming months. Throughout the course of the build, I had a lot of varying experiences with various contractors, but Proactive was always very professional and easy to deal with. I was given the name Proactive by a friend who had built a house the year before, and I am thankful for that advice! As I said, I was inexperienced which lead to many speedbumps along the way, but Brad and his team were always very accommodating to my shortcomings. They were incredibly flexible, they delivered a quality product, and their prices were very fair. Thanks Proactive! 5 stars!
