I was in town working and had a problem with my truck I didn’t know anyone here to recommend a mechanic shop and found pro plus from an advertising banner at the speedway They were unable to fit me in to get the truck fixed in the time line I needed but were very helpful in recommending a shop to try, if they treat a customer that didn’t get any work done like this then I think rest assured you can trust them to take care of you when getting work done. The place I went to from their recommendation were very good, so it’s nice that when in a predicament there are still places out there to help you out in a honest and reasonable way

Called Pro Plus Automotive for an out-of-province inspection, and I’ve got to say — I wasn’t ready for the comedy routine. They told me they don’t do inspections for first-time customers. Wait, what? So basically, unless I’ve already serviced my car there, they won’t inspect it? That’s like a restaurant saying, “Sorry, we only serve food to people who’ve already eaten here.” Makes no sense! If the goal was to confuse and amuse, 10/10. If the goal was to provide service, not so much. Guess I’ll be taking my car (and my first-timer status) somewhere else. 5-June-2025 8.50 AM

I had been going to pro plus for many years and spent thousands of dollars there over the years. They are on the expensive side but seemed honest and polite so I felt it was worth it. My last visit they returned the car to me with a huge screw in the tire. I took it back to them and the guy puts a plug in it but proceeds to tell me the tire isn’t road worthy and I should get a new tire. They drove over the screw why should I pay for the new tire?! Sad that after almost a decade that guy was willing to burn our relationship over the replacement cost of one tire. He wasn’t the usual front end guys who have always been polite. This guy was a complete jerk about it. I’ve never done anything to indicate I’m a liar or scammer. It’s been years… why would I do that now? I don’t understand the denial and anger on his part. Never going to them again after that experience. *update* I’ve now discovered that something they told me couldn’t be fixed could easily be fixed. So for 5 years I put up with something very annoying that another mechanic fixed cheaply. That’s nice 🙄

I couldn’t ask for anything better. I am an older senior female and have been using this service for at least 10 years. The men on the front counter are amazing, courteous, and personable. My mechanic, John is outstanding. As a woman, none of the employees talk down to me and explain everything very clearly. How could I ask for anything more? Well they wouldn’t have to charge me ! ! ! ! ! Ha Ha Ha.Thanks to all the wonderful employees at Pro Plus and for always having a loaner for me.
