I went to Prime Auto Repair for an oil change and had a really good experience. The staff were welcoming and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done fast, the price was reasonable, and my car is running smoothly. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable shop, but this place earned my trust. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in to have the rear brakes replaced. The bolts were very seized and hard to take off but they managed after a lot of effort. They only charged me for the extra parts needed and also informed me on some other repairs that could be done. All in all, the service was honest and friendly. Prices were reasonable as well. I would recommend this shop.

Prime Auto Repair is honestly the best auto shop in Calgary! I ran into a problem with my car today and had to book a last-minute appointment. Despite how sudden it was and even though they were already close to closing time they still accepted my car and worked on it right away. They didn’t rush, they didn’t make me feel like a burden, and they made sure everything was fixed properly before I left. The entire team at Prime Auto Repair was incredibly kind, approachable, and respectful. You can really feel that they care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust, I highly recommend Prime Auto Repair to everyone. They go above and beyond, and I’m genuinely grateful for the service I received. My car was taken care of, and so was I.

I brought my vehicle into Prime Auto Repair for repairs and a detailed inspection, and the experience was absolutely amazing. They were super honest and transparent about everything they were doing. They even accepted my own parts with no issues, which a lot of shops don’t do. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The quality of the work was top-notch and the customer service was equally impressive. I brought my car in from Canmore, and it was worth it. It’s really hard these days to find a shop you can fully trust, but these guys delivered 100%. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending other people in Canmore and Calgary to go here. Highly recommend Prime Auto Repair!

Prime Auto is the best auto repair shop in Calgary if not in Alberta, hands down ! I took my 2007 Nissan Frontier 4x4 in for a wheel alignment, along with shocks and a ball joint replacement. Everything went well until they tried to align up my truck. There were a few issues that were difficult, but, Jhonel, Mackie and their team were determined to fix the issues and have my truck aligned properly. Jhonel kept me informed and suggested a few things and options, that would be the best way to ensure my truck is aligned properly. Jhonel and Mackie run Prime Auto fantastically, they are personable, friendly and care about your vehicle and their customers. The customer service at Prime Auto is way above and beyond. The only place you should be taking your vehicle for repairs etc is at Prime Auto, you will not be disappointed.
