We decided to have some important clothes (including my wedding dress!) dry cleaned here. Marcelo was extremely pleasant to deal with from the very beginning. We knew after our initial phone conversation that he would have our business. Our clothes were finished exactly when he said they would be, and he went above and beyond to deliver wonderful customer service. My husband had an awful orange stain on his expensive white dress shirt and it's now completely gone. Not only that, my wedding dress has intricate floral and beading details and I am very happy with how it looks after Prestige worked on it. We highly recommend this business to everyone. They are fair, kind and experienced! But most importantly, Marcelo is truly just a sweetheart.

Phenomenal. The only word I can use to describe Marcelo and his team at Prestige. Brought in my Tom ford that had been stained with beet juice and a pair of pants. The man is a magician! Service was the absolute best.. they treat you as if they have known you for years and the generosity goes a long way. Defs coming back and referring this place to everyone!

Amazing customer service. Marcello is so kind and attentive. I took two trousers there to be hemmed and he was so patient with me and did an amazing job on them. It was my first time going to a professional tailor and I will never go elsewhere!

I’ve never received service like this before. I’ve been regularly been using Marcelo’s delivery service through work for a couple years now. Recently I became aware of the alteration service they provide which I’ve taken advantage of and have no regrets on a suit he made fit like a bespoke piece. He’s also capped my shoes to protect the leather soles against the elements. Thank you!
