God awful service at reception. After they missed up a payment from my insurance, without any previous contact or warning, threatened to send it on collections. If that is how this dentist likes to operate, then I truly hope she goes out of business.

Doesnt even deserve one star,very rude receptionist and doctor as well,they dont even have enough staff to answer the call,neither received confirmation for appointment and when i called them to confirm they didnt answer stating its lunch hour,does all staff go to lunch hour at same time???? Even doctor start blaming me for coming late .when i stated the reason,doctor stated rudely that i should have left voice mail.they dont time to answer the calls but they will answer the voicemail..how stupid is that..i regret to going there.

Today It was my first encounter with a Dentist in Canada:/I was pretty much scared,!!! Dr Meena is very Kind, gentle, sweet , she made me feel very comfortable. The treatment went really good. She’s an expert and I highly recommend her for any kind of Dental treatment. All in all, Expert Doctor , staff is very Helpful , environment, cleanliness wise it’s a great Place. Thank you very much:)

I used to go to her when I was in the University because the insurance would cover hundred percent of my procedure. She does a lot of unnecessary things just to drain your insurance. She did the root canal for me which turned out to be unnecessary when I switched my dentist. Whenever I had issues after a filling or a basic procedure she would make me feel so uncomfortable and try to dismiss my complaints. The clinic has a decent hygienist but that's not a solid enough excuse to visit her Clinic. I would definitely not recommend her to anybody I know. Many other good options in Regina.

I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Dr. Dufour, and her staff are helpful, committed, and kind. Sandra, the receptionist bent over backwards to accommodate my families financial needs, and help me set up a monthly payment plan, as we had very limited insurance for a procedure (I) very much wanted. We've never had a wait time of more than 3 minutes, the small staff are personable and take the time to get to know you. My children and I have never felt insignificant as patients, like we did at the larger impersonal offices which have many dentists, receptionists and other staff. We highly, highly recommend this office.
