Popular car wash, Gagan is the guy who handles the car wash and is present on the ramp always. Lovely guy who always inform you how to place the car perfectly. Must visit and always recommended.

A few days ago I went there to get my truck detailed. But they didn't do a good job. In fact, it was terrible, because the truck has a sixth seat in the front and they didn't lift it to clean it. There was a small round mark on the tire where I put a drink. It was still the same. I've been waiting for a week for a response from them, but I haven't received any. I'm considering canceling because without a response from them, it's a very big detail. If it's snowing, don't even think about going to wash the car because they will be closed. It's happened to me 3 times already.

4 years customer here. Also no longer one. Pro's Convenient and reasonably low cost Essentially free vacuuming. Staff never vet anyone if they have memberships or not. Just pull up for a free vacuum. Con's Very little water is used, car always comes out soapy still. You need to wipe the car down. The wash bristles harden in the winter time. It will swirl the paint more than in the summer. I had to correct the paint myself annually but it was the trade off for such a low cost and convenient service. Your average person would probably have to pay someone for the paint correction. Car wash attendants stack the cars so close together that any hiccups will result in an accident. I've always ignored the attendants until there is sufficient space ahead because I've seen people stab the brake pedal midway and fall off the roller. Avoid their detailing services at all costs. I've had to repair damages for customer's vehicles that had detailing services performed here. It's expected for low cost services that employ improperly trained detailers. There is fine print all over the building to avoid any accountability for damages. Not only does that mean the drive thru wash but they extend that to the detailing department too. Mostly trim and paint damage from buffing pads. They don't mask anything to protect the car. I uploaded a photo of one of the cars I recently had to fix due to this. Also they don't upkeep the detailing bays, over the years it deteriorates and it's just gross in there now. The most common explanations I've heard from my customers is that it was prior damage. I've watched decisions made by the owner over the years to lean out their costs to maximize profits. It is understandable but it's reached a point where the services is barely acceptable.

I came here around 8:11 a.m. expecting a full interior and exterior wash, as advertised online. I paid $73.45 (Gold Package for SUVs) — but when I arrived, the interior wash section wasn’t even open, even though Google listed them as open at 8:00 a.m. They told me to come back after 9:00, so I returned at 10:45 a.m., only to be told I’d have to wait another 40 minutes. At that point I asked for a refund, which they said would take up to four days to process. They then charged me for a premium exterior wash, but honestly, it wasn’t worth it — the rims and bumper were still dirty, about the same quality I’d get from a $11 gas station wash at Esso. If I had known this upfront, I never would have bothered. When I mentioned the issue, the staff pointed to a sign about closing hours (after 6 p.m.), but that’s irrelevant — my visit was at 8 a.m., when they should have been open. Overall, poor communication and disappointing customer service. As you can see from my other reviews, I rarely post negative ones — but this experience truly warranted it.
