Great service and hardware options. I don’t know much about plumbing, but I was given lots of helpful advice that allowed me to fix my problem without calling in a plumber. They carry a range of good quality faucets, including those from Canadian firm Vogt - would recommend those too. Would definitely come back here. Great help for DIYers.

I went to 2 different “Taps” stores (drove all over the city) before I was sent to Home Hardware by Frank at Taps (thanks Frank), and Home Hardware sent me to Ponte Plumbing (Ya gotta love HH for that). Phil was at the counter and immediately understood my problem and the solution - I could tell that he knew his fixtures, fittings and stock really well. Super kind and helpful staff here both times we were there. My mother is quite elderly and they were very patient and understanding with her. We ended up buying two sets of taps for her bathroom and would recommend this store to anyone with a plumbing problem; if you want to speak with knowledgeable staff, start here. It’s not a big fancy showroom, but the price was great and the customer service was excellent. Not a lot of parking but we did manage to find a spot in front of the store.

My kitchen faucet was installed back in 2006 by a contractor. Recently I noticed water leaking below the countertop from the faucet. I took out the cartridge as the handle was getting tight to move and likely needed replacement anyway. There was no part number anywhere on it, and all I knew was that the faucet was made by Aquabrass. I emailed Aquabrass with the below photos inquiring on the part number, and received no response from them I found the staff at Ponte to be very helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to find an exact replacement cartridge in their shop. The price was very reasonable. I prefer going to smaller specialty shops like this compared to Home Depot. I always find Home Depot busy and hard to find anyone knowledgeable to help. I am not a professional but I am just a home owner. I need to go back to Ponte to buy another replacement faucet valve for my American Standard shower. I highly recommend Ponte Plumbing.

What a great experience with these guys. After months of trying to find the right part for my outdoor faucet, stumbled upon these guys who got me sorted in a snap! Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and well priced. Would gladly recommend to anyone and will certainly be top of mind over any Big-box for future needs. Great stuff guys.
