I can’t say enough good things about my stylist Rebecca! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions My hair has never looked or felt this good. Rebecca is very talented, fun and genuinely cared about making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about their clients and delivers exceptional results every time!

I waited five months to post this because I wanted to be certain I wasn't reacting emotionally, but the truth remains: My experience with Nicole at Pomme was the most dismissive professional service I have ever received. I came to Nicole for a massive transformation—chopping my waist-length hair to my collarbone. Based on her 'loving, bubbly' brand, I expected a collaborative expert. Instead, I got a cold, silent appointment where my inspiration photos were criticized and my milestone moment was treated like a rushed inconvenience. The disconnect between the 'community' persona she performs for Jillian Harris/Instagram and the way she treats a paying 'regular' client is jarring. I left Pomme feeling small and ignored—so much so that I had to pay for a second appointment at a different salon just to receive the basic hospitality and care that was missing here. Nicole’s brand is built on being a 'committee' for fine hair, but kindness is a choice—and she didn't choose it for me. If you aren't an influencer, don’t expect the person you see on your feed to show up for your appointment. Save your money for a stylist who actually values the human being in their chair.

Always a 10/10 experience at Pomme! After moving to Kelowna from a large city it took me years to find a salon I trust with my hair and I’m so happy to have found Pomme. Rebecca is the best, she always knows exactly what I’m looking for and makes it look even better than what I imagined!
