At 78 years old, my toenails were in a horrible mess—thick, overgrown, and really tough to care for myself. I was nervous about trying a pedicure, but my daughter encouraged me to go, and I'm so thankful she did! I chose Polished Perfect Nails at the District on Bernard in Kelowna, and it was the perfect decision. The salon is beautifully clean, bright, and so inviting—the moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The service was wonderfully professional, gentle, and thorough. LoAnn, my technician, was absolutely amazing! She was patient, kind, and so skilled. She handled my nail issues with great care and expertise, and the results were incredible—my toes look and feel tremendously better. It's made such a positive difference in my daily comfort. I plan to return monthly, and have been twice, they continue to help so much with keeping my nails healthy and looking good. I truly look forward to each visit—it's become a little treat I enjoy! Helina did an amazing job on my nails — beautiful results exactly how I wanted. She is very kind and welcoming, and the salon has a clean, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere. Great attention to detail and a wonderful selection of colors. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Loan at polished perfect has been doing my nails for a couple years now. She is amazing. I am heading to a poker tournament this weekend and this is what she did for my nails. She always takes care not to take away too much of your nails so that they don’t soften so easy. And she’s very careful around the cuticles. If you want a fabulous manicure, I highly recommend her

I had my nails done by Loan and she did an absolutely amazing job! She was very polite, and the whole atmosphere was fun and welcoming. It felt like such a friendly environment that I instantly felt comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
