They do great work IF you can get them to respond to your service requests. This is for plumbing and heating - pretty important stuff to any homeowner. It would be polite if they just indicated that they're just too busy to work with you, instead they just end up wasting your time having you wait for basic communication.

I was recommended to Platinum Plumbing by a friend. I was having problems with a new fireplace. Justin came out, figured out the problem and got it fixed for me under warranty even though they didn't sell me the fire place. Because of this amazing service I decided to have them replace my 30 year old furnace with a new unit, they did an awesome job. Justin answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right furnace. The install was done quickly, cleanly , and properly. Again at the end of the install Justin explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He also said to just call if I have any concerns of further questions. These guys are amazing if you need a plumber look no further Justin and his crew are a great bunch of honest, hard working individuals. I highly recommend these guys.

I was extremely impressed with the guy that drove out from Regina to Indian Head to repair a gas heating stove. The fellow was bright and well spoken and did a great job for an extremely good price. I won't hesitate to use these folks again. Such a change from what I'm used to in this town when I need trade service work. Despite having to pay some travel time, still well worthwhile. No regrets at all.

If you want a plumbing/heating crew that arrives on time, provides reasonable estimates and does not change them, does fantastic, professional work, cleans up after the job is done and the crew is absolutely wonderful, then Platinum Plumbing and Heating is THE place to call. Can't say enough good things about the workmanship and attention to detail. When I need other work done, this is the only place I would call. To Justin, Matt and Kyle - JOB WELL DONE. Thank you.

I've used Platinum a few times for plumbing issues arising at my coffee house. Justin and his team have been STELLAR. They've been quick and have come when I *know* it's not convenient for them to take a look and see what's needed, and to help out in a pinch and provide a "bandaid" so we can continue to operate. Then they've come back the next day, early, and have done fast efficient work. I will recommend them until the cows come home. :)
