This gym is great! Very clean with friendly staff. They have oxygen therapy option which was wonderful.

I absolutely love this place!! This is the first and only gym I have felt comfortable and confident in. Friendly and helpful staff! The equipment is well maintained, the space is always clean, and I love that we also have access to so many amenities as well! Safe and secure, I would recommend to everyone I know! :)

This gym has a nice, small-community feel and the staff are seriously the best. So welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. It never feels intimidating, which makes a huge difference. Everything is always clean, and the equipment is really well taken care of. Plus, the pool, hot tub, tanning, and hydro massage chair are such nice perks! It makes it feel more like a little wellness spot than just a gym. If you’re looking for a friendly place to work out where you actually feel comfortable, I 100% recommend this place.

Never felt so comfortable in a gym! The atmosphere is amazing, if your just starting your fitness journey or want a change, this is most definitely the gym to join!

This gym feels like an iron dungeon, being in a bottom floor of a hotel. It’s perfect for working out! Has equipment I haven’t seen in years! Around 1500 SQ feet! Staff was friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help make things easy. I was a hotel guest upstairs and lockers weren’t available, for members only. Yet, still one of the staff members did what they could to help make sure belongings were taken care of.
