The staff are phenomenal. Always so welcoming and professional . Special shoutout to Jerad very friendly and gave us the best gym tour ever. This gym is clean, has lots of high quality equipment, and extra amenities. Worth the price for the membership and it would be great if they open one or two more locations in Saskatoon.

This location has gone downhill quite a bit in the last two years. I understand that they’re probably minimum wage employees, but maybe they should do the minimum when customers are around. The lack of detail is what gets me. For example, the water fountain almost always has residue around it. Also, every vent looks like it had not been cleaned since opening. There’s dust coming out of the ceiling tiles. As well, the staff really need to learn communication when it comes to the hydrobeds and massage chairs. Multiple times now we’ve had issues with the staff not writing our names down or going and another staff member had put someone on manually at the machine. It’s frustrating.

I’m posting this under a different name, but I don’t understand why gyms need to be a hostage situation. I’m going through my own health issues while working full time and I’m not able to visit my “home gym” to cancel my membership. Yet, I continue to be charged for a membership I previously tried to cancel online. I work in sales, I understand the reason why you need to come in person. But seriously—sometimes people are NOT able to and that is NOT a sales tactic. I’ve already stated I cannot keep my membership at this time, yet I feel trapped after reviewing my contract. I’ve been told over email I believe and also by support to visit the gym. I’ve tried calling. I’m not sure if I need to submit a doctors note or something, which would be an invasion of privacy on my end to cancel a membership. My point is read the contract carefully and understand that you will need to put up a fight to cancel a membership if you’re unable to visit in person. The gym, on the other hand, is almost always invaded by teenagers that will not get off of certain machines and almost always will not clean them.

To be honest, I love planet fitness but location matters. I respect how clean they normally keep it nice &cleanliness. But, lately every time I have visited the Preston location it’ was unfortunately a poor choice since it was dirty and didn’t smell the best. Maybe when and if you can afford to you should have deodorant out to sale for those who maybe forgot to put it on or need to. Also the young people that work there I have also noticed are always on their phones…I could understand if you’re on your phone and it’s an emergency or if you have nothing to do because you have done as much work as possible if your boss/management allows it. but, that isn’t the case because the tanning booths seam to be so dirty every time I go there…😭🥺It was so gross like someone got a haircut in the stand-up tanning bed and then the lay down one was so dirty🤢as well. I find it just disrespectful especially because they put the signs out saying that it’s sanitized and you look and it’s just filthy every single time. So please talk to your staff and work together even the ones that use the equipment Gym/Tanning/Massage chairs/Bathroom. equipment Etc…clean it. It’s not that hard at all if I can go into different public places and clean up after everybody, not just myself, I’m sure you guys can at least clean up after yourself need to start cleaning better. I’m seriously ready to cancel my (Gym Membership) I’m very sorry for the bad review but it needs to be said!Thanks take care and keep it clean🧼 . 🙏🏼✨😩

The staff are phenomenal. Always so welcoming and personable. Special shoutout to the morning crew who make coming to the gym first thing in the morning that much more pleasant. This gym has is clean, has lots of high quality equipment, and extra amenities. Worth the price for the membership and then some.
