THE TRAINER IN THE YELLOW SHIRT needs to learn customer service like the rest of the team TODAY I went to the gym 1240pm, I asked him for some tissues, he didn't say any words towards me, he seemed displeased with the request. As well he seems to be more interested in his phone and he is always leaning on the desk. Just because hes a trainer he gives off an arrogant vibe

I've been coming to this Planet Fitness for the past few months, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to join a gym. The facility is well-maintained and consistently clean—you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place tidy throughout the day. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which creates a positive atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is the condition of the equipment. Compared to other gyms I've been to, everything here is in good shape and well-maintained. My only minor gripe is something you'll find at any gym: people sitting on equipment scrolling through their phones between sets. It can be a bit frustrating when you're waiting, but that's more of a gym culture thing than anything specific to this location. Overall, great value and a solid choice for your fitness needs!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Planet Fitness location. I signed up online from home, completed the registration, and my initial payment went through without any issues. However, when I came to the club later on, I was told I had an overdue payment and was charged a $15 late fee (which is the same as my monthly membership cost). They explained that my bank supposedly placed restrictions on my debit account and advised me to speak with my bank. I went to the bank, and they confirmed that there were absolutely no issues on their end — my account was open, active, and fully functional. One of the bank employees even pointed out that the Planet Fitness app also has a Backup Payment option, which I had set up as well. When I returned to the club with this information, the staff told me there was nothing they could do. According to the manager, their system tried to process my payment three times, failed each time, and then automatically applied the $15 fee. They apologized, but refused to remove the charge. I understand that systems can fail, but placing the responsibility on the customer and offering no real solution is very frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience left me really dissatisfied with how the situation was handled.

Management is friendly here. Staff is always eager to help. Clean environment. Large bathrooms with showers. I like that for only as little as $30 (Black Membership) I can tan all month long! Plenty of parking. This gym is easy way to stay fit. Lots of weights/equipment!

I’m honestly surprised by how great this location is! The gym is super clean, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s always plenty to choose from no matter what kind of workout I’m doing. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming — no judgment at all, just a good place to focus on fitness. The Black Card membership is totally worth it — I love having access to the tanning beds and especially the hydro massage, which is perfect after a tough workout. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here. Definitely one of the best gyms around!
