Not sure why they advertise being open until 11 pm when I got denied a tan at 10:35pm. I work in St. Albert and figured I would try this location, never again, so frustrating

I went to several planet fitness but the St Albert one is the WORST lol it is laughable. The equipment are ao old and have pretty much 4 different one but several of same. So weird. And old. Like OLD OLD OLD OLD. Awful.

The best place in St Albert to go to the gym!! I was invited as a guest and I can say that the staff is the best, all of them. Should I need anything, They give me all the attention needed. They are very polite and the place is very clean. I’m planning on getting my membership. They have parking space and the manchines are all working well. I suggest to also try the spa. Thank you Afi for making my visit great!!!

I have been coming to planet fitness for years and liked it, however after the first visit at the St. Albert location I will now be cancelling my membership. The staff at the front desk are super unhelpful, they have broken bolts cutters that they are too cheap to replace, and the manager is super disrespectful and unreasonable. The manager refuses to apologize for the horrible customer service we received and that their essential emergency equipment was broken. This says a lot about how they run things. Safe to say I will never be coming back after dealing with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I will never recommend planet fitness and have already been experiencing way better service at LA fitness just up the road.

Great place to train and get fit and healthy. Lots of equipment, very clean gym. The spa room is awesome!friendly staff.nice locker,change rooms. Could use an extra toilet, some time you have to wait. Excellent price for membership. 15.79 month,for basic card,or black card for around 40 a month, gives you unlimited spa use,train any where in planet fitness world,bring a friend for free.
