Love the morning work outs here! But can someone that works here give a shit and fill the paper towel holders on the gym floor. Not sure what you do all day but this should not be an issue.

Not a big place. Management appears friendly but low monthly rates attract all kinds of people. Very young to super old grandmas If you want the feeling of being in Brampton or in the Middle East/Africa then you must visit.

I was a regular customer at Planet Fitness and used to come here consistently to work out with my father. I have a Black Card, and for about a year I always activated the hydro massage for my father, while I never used it myself. Recently, when I asked to activate the hydro massage again, I was told directly by the general manager that it could not be done because I am the main Black Card holder and my father is considered a guest. For an entire year this was never an issue, but suddenly I was refused. This makes no sense to me and feels very unhuman. I pay for the Black Card, but I choose not to use the hydro massage myself and instead give that opportunity to my father. I don’t see what difference it makes who actually uses the service, as long as it is already paid for. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location and am seriously considering canceling my Black Card membership. Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and basic human understanding.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this gym for years 💗 it’s never let me down how friendly and clean the gym is , and that always keeps me on track with my workout journey! Great crowd that works out here also no gym intimation or bad vibes here! Best gym by far for sticking to my goals :)

For workout this place is good and clean environment. However, the staff ( the one lady with black tshirt ) she is nasty. She doesn’t have sense how to treat people. This incident is near about 9pm near the area of chair message. Even you could check cameras. 😡😡😡How come she is suitable for her job. I don’t think so she likes her job. Senior management should have to hire someone else on her place.
