Was leaking oil 200km out of town on a Sunday and had my vehicle towed to Plaziers in Edmonton. Before I even had a chance to phone Ray (owner) on Monday morning he emailed me as soon as my vehicle arrived at 10pm on the Sunday. I was unaware of the annual week long Christmas closure. Ray informed me of the closure but still went into the shop on Monday to assess and fix my vehicle the very next day. Ray goes above and beyond and is honest and fair in his work. Bring your vehicle here! My family has for years and has not regretted it.

Been dealing with this company for years. I've always been happy with their prices and service I happened to get a 'free estimate' from a different garage once for brake pads that were supposedly thin. I took it to Plaiziers and straight up told them I had a $500+ estimate for brake pad replacements. I was just going to get them to do it instead, I didn't even challenge them to beat the price. I got a call from them shortly after telling me they looked and that they didn't think there was a problem with my brake pads. A little bit of wear but not needing a change at all. Cost me a small base charge for them to look, that's all. That's why, Honest, is mentioned so many times in Plaiziers reviews.

Ray is the nicest, most helpful mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Honest, fair pricing, and he always remembers who I am. My brother is a mechanic down in Oregon, and Ray has no problem with doing diagnostics and giving me the results for my brother, or explaining things to me so I can make informed decisions on whether to do the work here or wait until next time I drive down to see my brother. I really appreciate it!

Just moved back into the neighborhood and chose Plaizier’s because of the great reviews. I was not disappointed as it was a great choice. Ray is knowledgeable, honest, with great prices and doesn’t pressure you for unnecessary services. Will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon), glad I chose Plaizier’s!
