We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas for the first time from this place. The cheese in the crust was so hard on both pizzas I'm not sure it was even cheese. When I called customer service they offered us a $20 credit (phone in only) for inedible pizza. Will not be ordering from here again!

Very good pizza ! Good value for the money , arrived hot and delivery driver was nice . All around happy customer. Will order again soon

Very disappointing experience. Our order was forgotten, and when we went to pick it up, staff claimed they were busy even though the restaurant was dead quiet. If you made a mistake and forgot to make it, just be honest. The pizza we eventually received was burnt and still boxed up and given to us to take home. When called, they offered us a replacement pizza but we had to waste more time driving back to pick up order. The customer service needs some serious improvement before I'd consider going back.

Ordered online, after almost two hours I called the store to find out the status of my order. After waiting for the automatic response system to tell me my options I chose #1 to order so I can get the actual store. Only for them to redirect me to customer service (which is outsourced). So back and forth I go only to finally get a call saying that they are very busy. So after waiting another 20 mins my food finally arrived. They sent 1 free pop (small single size). So my family all took our shared shot glass out of it. Lol. Food was hot and good, so great job chefs. Booooo for customer service and outsourcing their phones. Don't order from here expecting speedy service. Sad, I like supporting local but will think twice about ordering from here again.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with added banana peppers. The amount of bbq sauce was truly gross, bathing in the sauce. Honestly inedible.

I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order, and I feel like it needs to be addressed properly. When you order a pizza, you expect the basics to be there — sauce, cheese, toppings — that’s just common sense. But to my surprise, my pizza showed up completely dry, with no sauce whatsoever. That’s not only misleading, it’s honestly ridiculous. A pizza without sauce is not a pizza, it’s just dough with some cheese thrown on top. What makes this situation even worse is that when I asked about it, instead of acknowledging the mistake or making it right, I was told I’d have to pay extra to get sauce added. That is unacceptable. Sauce is not some “luxury add-on” that should come with an extra charge — it’s a standard part of the meal I already paid for. Charging customers more money for something that should have been included from the start feels like a scam and comes across as extremely unprofessional. Not only was I left with a disappointing, flavorless pizza that didn’t come as advertised, but I also felt like I was being taken advantage of when I was told I’d need to pay additional money for the very thing that makes a pizza a pizza. I don’t think I should have to argue over basic ingredients or feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed. I’ve ordered from plenty of other pizza places and never once have I been asked to pay more just to get sauce on a pizza. This kind of policy makes your business look greedy, careless, and out of touch with what customers expect. For the price I paid, I expected quality and honesty, not to feel ripped off. I really hope the management team takes a hard look at this issue and rethinks the way they’re treating their customers, because right now this experience has completely turned me off from ordering again. If things don’t change, I can’t imagine I’d be the only one who feels this way — people want fair service and good food, not excuses and hidden charges.
