I chose this company because it had some of the highest ratings and most positive reviews I could find online through Google and Reddit. After my experience, I can definitely see why. When I called, I was immediately connected with a real person who understood that I was dealing with a plumbing emergency that I couldn’t fix on my own. They were helpful right away and honestly empathetic with my situation with their comments and quickly got the process started to have someone come out as soon as possible. The plumber who arrived was Chase. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately and explained everything clearly. He told me exactly what the cost would be up front with no surprises. He also mentioned a couple optional upgrades that could be done but there was absolutely no pressure to add anything. I appreciated that he simply provided the information and let me decide. The repair itself was completed quickly and everything went smoothly. Payment was easy and I was able to pay by debit on the spot. Overall it was a completely hassle free experience and the service lived up to its reputation. I would absolutely recommend them, and it is easy to see why so many people in the Saskatoon community speak highly of their work.

Tom was professional and very knowledgeable. He repaired a leaking kitchen water line and made sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely ask for him again for any plumbing needs. And the cost was definitely reasonable!

Excellent plumbing service from start to finish. Tom arrived ahead of time window given, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. Work was clean, well-done, and fairly priced. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and reliability. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Had an outstanding experience with their plumber Tryf. He was very communicative about the issues and his thought process. Transparent in pricing. He solved our initial problems, and did an extra spontaneous job on the spot. Plus he was just a really nice man! Can't recommend enough.
