I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Moira at Pawsitive vet for over 15 years. I appreciate the holistic support for my fur babies. I also appreciate not being pressured into 'up-sells'. I've been at Pawsitive for over 6 months now and am so happy with the services I've received. I've never felt so comfortable with a vet before! Dr. Moira is very genuine and upfront about her thought processing during appointments. She doesn't push you to pay for testing/procedures unless she genuinely feels its absolutely necessary. Additionally, the front-end staff are always warm and welcoming when we come in for appointments or to stock-up on petfood, etc. Definitely recommend it here!

I'm incredibly impressed with Pawsitive Veterinary Care in Kelowna! I’m grateful for their hybrid approach to pet medicine. The doctors are honest and helpful and everyone is kind and friendly. I found them to be upfront about pricing, and the rooms included climbing accessories where my nervous and fussy felines found comfort. One of my cats hurt their leg a couple years ago and all I was able to do was leave a message for a callback, even though I had to bring her to an emergency vet clinic, the Dr at Pawsitive called back to ensure she’d been looked after. He offered sympathy, kindness and help during a very worrisome time, and I’m so thankful their services have continued to be excellent for me and my feline companions. They're truly a full-service clinic and hands down my top recommendation for anyone with pets. You won't find better care. Thank-you so much for your services.
