I came in to bring a cat that I was fostering to be looked at. Firstly, the receptionist did not even acknowledge us when we came in, which having been in customer service for many years, it always surprises me when the front line staff behave this way. Then she proceeded to tell us that she knew our appointment was at 3, but "as you can see, we are very busy." (there was 1 man sitting in the waiting room who had already been helped) (Also, the vet came out to the waiting area and gave this man terrible news right in front of us which was very insensitive). Her demeanor was very abrupt, cold, unprofessional and almost defensive/aggressive- we were so shocked and surprised and wondered what was causing her to behave this way towards us. When we got called into the room, my daughter and I carried the cat carrier together, and the receptionist stomped over, and grabbed the carrier out of our hands saying "I'll just do it". Once we were in the room, the vet came and did the exam and prescribed the medicine to be given. The receptionist brought it in to us, and when we asked questions about how to give it, she was again very rude and condescending in how she said it. When we were close to be leaving, I had asked her another question, and by this time I was starting to feel a bit frustrated with the behavior being displayed, and when we went to leave, my daughter saw the receptionist made an ugly face towards my back as I was walking out. I think this girl would be better off working at a biker bar with the type of harsh, brash and unprofessional demeanor and attitude that she carries. We were both in shock. Unbelievable! Horrible experience.

Thanks to the staff and Dr Nav for the care and compassion shown during his final days. They took great care of him and he is no longer in pain. He will be missed. The best possible recommendation for Pawsitive. Took my dog Jock to Pawsitive 24/8/25. He was lame. The staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Jock was very quickly diagnosed and treated. I will be transferring his care to Pawsitive. I strongly recommend Pawsitive Animal Hospital. Paul Ingham

Great animal hospital! They treated my dog’s infection, did a full check-up, and gave him the proper vaccinations. The staff is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had Cali come for a dental cleaning and exam for a granuloma. I cannot give enough stars to sweet Dr Nav. He worked with me to ensure that Cali was not at the clinic longer then she had to be, the price was reasonable, he allowed me to be with her when she was sedated and personally called me to let me know that no extractions were needed. The lady that answered the phone is very sweet and patient. He is very kind and gentle with my baby, and I am grateful for Him. Thank you Dr Nav and staff for a job Well done! You haven’t seen the last of spicy Cali and I apologize in advance for Her spice!

The amazing staff were all so kind and accommodating. We booked in last minute on a Sunday and the entire team treated our elderly girl, a larger breed dog, with such kindness and respect. They gave us lots of information and a quick turnaround time for a follow up appointment with an ultrasound tech. Thank you all for making the experience less stressful than it could have been.
