Patty Gourgaris Laser Skin Studio

The receptionist is terrible at her job. I had a consultation appointment at 1230, called 10 minutes before and asked for a phone consultation instead of an in-person and was told by the receptionist that Patty would call instead; then when I never recieved my phone consultation and called back, the receptionist canceled my whole appointment! The receptionist then said that Patty wasn't even at the office and was gone for lunch until 1. I asked "why book an appointment for 12:30 when she isn't back until 1?", the receptionist starts to interupt and yell at me, that "you canceled the appointment and if you didn't want that, you should have never cancelled!". Well, there's a difference between canceling an appointment and changing the appointment from in-person to a phone meeting... and if staff can't understand simple nuiances like that then I can't trust them to understand the nuiances of my skin.

I haven’t gotten my laser done yet, but I’d like to give a big shout out to Tina for her fantastic customer service. She’s very professional and polite, makes me feel like I will be entering a welcoming place!
