I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been here twice now and both experiences were amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the quality of their work is incredible, my nails have never lasted this long or looked this good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nina is amazing at what she does, and she was so patient with my ever-changing mind. She showed me how different applications work and, when I asked, she gave me her honest opinion—which I love! Her prices are the same as everywhere else I’ve been, expect the experience and shop are 100 times better! I walked away so happy with my nails and that (honestly) rarely happens. She even gave me a small gift. This is hands down the best nail shop I’ve been to ♥️

My husband noticed this new salon in our area and bought me the best Christmas present ever! I had a mani/pedi that was second to none! Nina was excellent- meticulous, perfectionist and artistic! The salon is beautiful and top of the line! I would highly recommend Passie for your next appointment! Love the name!! ❤️

This family-operated business is already setting the bar incredibly high. The staff were so warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive❤️ Their customer service honestly outshines every other salon I’ve been to in Kelowna. The pedicure itself was flawless: thorough, relaxing, and the attention to detail was next-level. When I left, they even surprised me with a sweet little Christmas gift, such a thoughtful touch!
