Fast service! Very welcoming and good vibes. I thought I’d have to go all the way to N.E. Calgary to get my special keys cut. But In 5 seconds I was told good news and under 5 minutes I had 6 sets of keys done! Highly recommend and I will be back!!

Customer service is absolutley incredible! Family owned and operated and it shows. They go out of there way to serve there customers and always go the distance to ensure their customers needs come first! Can’t say enough about this business!

We were fortunate to have Nicholas take care of our back door lock. He explained what happened to our door lock, removed the troublesome deadbolt, suggested next steps based on his experience and clearly explained payment and receipt options. All with a fare price. Booking was fast and friendly as well and overall, Parry Bros. Lock & Safe felt like a quality old school Calgary customer service delivery I seldom experience nowadays, but always appreciate when I do.

The staff here were extremely friendly. We paid $4/key for 3 keys at a different place that did key cutting. It cost $6 for a single key, but it was well worth it. All 4 keys we have gotten cut work, but the one from Parry Bros Lock & Safe worked the smoothest of all. Thank you for your friendliness and efficiency!

Today my 7 year old twin daughters and I visited Parry Bros. Lock & Safe... we brought in a small filing cabinet of ours that has been locked for years and years (no key to be found anywhere). We asked for the lock to be picked (or drilled if it couldn't be picked). Three staff members helped us out, skilfully & patiently trying to open the thing, and telling us about the process and chatting with us in a really friendly way while they worked. Their approach made the whole outing a super interesting, enjoyable, and memorable experience for both me and my daughters! I so much appreciate their skilled help (we brought the cabinet home OPENED!!!) and their good humour and friendliness!! I 100% recommend them, and will support this business in the future!
