I highly recommend Parker’s Auto Body & Paint! Pat assisted me in replacing the rear bumper on my VW, and it looks brand new. The paint color and parts are a perfect match. I also appreciated the thorough interior clean-up, my car looks even better than it did when I dropped it off. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The location is convenient for waiting on an estimate, as there’s a cafe nearby and a lovely waterfront to explore. This shop is busy because the auto body team is truly talented. Pat is passionate about his craft, and I’m grateful to have had my car repaired here. 🚙🖌️🔧😊

I recently had a dent on the rear of my car and took it to Parkers. They did an amazing job! The receptionist, Lisa was very kind and welcoming, and the mechanic was extremely careful and skillful with the repair. I’m really impressed with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Parkers to anyone in need of autobody services.

I wish that I could give a really good review but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with Parker Auto. When they were returning my car I pointed out that they had accidentally scratched my vehicle. They confirmed that the new damages were made in their care and instructed me to take my car home and wait for a call to schedule me back in. They struggled for a couple weeks to make an appointment for me because they had no courtesy cars available. The full process of having my car brought in for a paint job (and have the 2nd fix taken care of) took about 4 months which was longer than what I was hoping for. I think the people helping me were really nice and truly tried their best but the complication with my car being damaged at their shop and them not having the flexibility to prioritize fixing my car quickly afterwards made this a tiny bit inconvenient for me.

Parker’s Auto Body has treated me like royalty from day one. Lisa in the office is amazing. Her kindness and ability to find solutions to issues was beyond anything I could have expected. She managed to find a wheelchair accessible van with a ramp for me to rent for the time my van was in the shop. Trust me this is so easy task in Victoria. She phoned me regularly with updates and words of encouragement. Peter was also kind and exceptional. My 20 year old van looks shiny and new! I am so grateful to both of them and the techs and everyone else who contributed to an extremely positive experience. Everyone should get their body work done there.
