I have been seeing Dr Ladha and her team of hygienists for about 6 years now. She is very capable of taking on complex cases with complex diseases (I'm legally deaf-blind with neuromuscular disorders for ex) as long as you do not need to be in a hospital setting for dentistry. I have always hated dentists until I met her and I go for a cleaning every 4 months and they do take the ODSP program for me. They do not currently accept the federal CDCP plan at this time. Its a very accommodating/accessible clinic for my special needs. Their team knows that I need to read lips to understand what they are saying and they accommodate this for me as well. They work very well with my swallowing/speech difficulties working around this as well comfortably. The dentist chairs and bathroom are also accessible as is the clinic. I thank her team for taking great care of me over the years as I had not had a dentist in 20 years before her. Dr Ladha is very friendly, laid back and always happy to hear about updates that are ongoing with my care which may affect my teeth and mouth. The team is always happy to answer any questions that I may have.

I had a teeth cleaning done here and the experience was genuinely great. The hygienist who worked with me was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable — even though it was late in the day, she didn’t rush and took her time to make sure everything was done well. I forgot to ask her name, but she truly left a positive impression. The whole visit felt smooth and welcoming, and I really appreciated the level of care. I highly recommend this dental office.

Everything from the initial consultation, follow up appointments, cleanings, final appointment was nothing short of smooth. The treatment plan went completely according to the planned timeframe. I’ve been coming here for three years, from starting my Invisalign to regular cleanings. The staff are always super friendly, and the hygienist who did my cleaning was very nice and gentle — the whole experience was really comfortable! I’ll definitely keep coming back!
