Had a horrible experience with one of the owners and a member of the staff. Came in for a consultation with Laurie, who had no idea what she was talking about. Her lack of knowledge with medical terms, or the procedure itself was absolutely alarming and provided no comfort in my nerves. The owner of the Regina location Cathy, is a horrid woman who has zero people skills, and treats the staff like garbage. Sitting in the waiting room, you could her her screaming at the receptionist over the phone, leaving her in tears. Talk about an unprofessional environment since the new owners took over. Absolutely horrible. Unless you want to support a wealthy monster of a woman, do not recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and its staff! They are very knowledgeable, very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I have regained my confidence regarding my hair since working with PAI Regina, and have seen results!

Truly Awsome people. The new clinic owners and staff are extremely dedicated towards their patient and care for them. Never seen such a great staff. Excellent knowledge of all the procedures. Had a procedure April 30th... I was nervous before but when the procedure started I was surprised on how smoothly the Surgeon and the staff performed it. I would recommend PAI Medical to anyone looking for the best results.

After years of suffering from hair loss, I went to see PAI Medical Group looking for a solution that works! The hair loss consultant completed a hair analysis that included a complete hair scan and gave me a lot of support in answering all my questions. I live in between both their Regina and Edmonton clinics and needed my treatment plan to be handled by both clinics which was handled seamlessly by the staff. It has been 6 months since my transplant and I am now getting PRP treatments to help boost my results. Under the new ownership, PAI Medical Group Edmonton and Regina have been fantastic to deal with, extremely accommodating, and empathic to my needs. I am truly grateful for their support and have regained my confidence.

Simply a great organization. It was a very big decision for me and PAI has been with me all the way. From consultation, to the day of the surgery and post surgery, PAI has been outstanding. Very professional team and they have been very supportive of all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. I even had the honour of meeting Pierre, the president of the company. Simply wonderful person and you can see why the culture of this company is so positive. It starts with him and it radiates all the way through the organization. It might sound cliche, but they absolutely make you feel like family.
