I’m really disappointed to say this place has gone downhill since last year. Prices have gone up and the quality and communication are no longer there. A few months ago, I brought in a sweater and a dress. The zipper on the sweater was fixed, but the dress was not altered properly at all and still looked huge on me. I was still charged $70. I didn’t leave a review at the time because they had done good work for me in the past and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, just last week I went back to have a skirt taken in. When I asked for a quote, the girl at the front told me it would be around $30. When I went to pick it up, I was charged $50, when I asked why so much she said she didn’t deal with pricing although was the one who quoted me in the first place. Between inconsistent pricing and poor results, I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place.

I was impressed with how they managed to mostly all of the pet hair off the coats I left with them. Also very impressed with how quickly I got them back. I was misquoted when I first came in to ask about prices. Other than that, super happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I dropped off a leather jacket to have the zipper replaced. The first thing they did was to adjust the zipper so that it wouldn’t come apart. When that didn’t solve the problem, I took it in again. I warned them I didn’t need it right away but they still called when there was a delay finding the right thread. The jacket is old but a favourite of mine. It looks absolutely fabulous now. I am very pleased!

Very polite and informative staff. They did an amazing job on 4 delicate Christmas tablecloths with embroidered stitching. They turned out great! Highly recommend them.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I received an incorrect timeline over the phone for my CG jacket to be cleaned, but the in store staff helped me out to make sure I didn't have to make a second trip. Unfortunately only 3 stars because the velcro that was replaced on the jacket is "wavy" and not smooth. Also paid $4 for a button to be added on to my wife's jacket and no button was added. I live approx 2 hours away, so I can't really just go back and have it fixed.
