Second year here, great clinic, very friendly staff. My hygienist did an amazing cleaning job, and the dentist is very attentive.

The dentist hygienist Cara, the doctor and the front desk person was extremely helpful! They treated me with patience, respect and care! 100% recommend this place! I would have to say, before I went there, whoever I spoke with (wasn’t the same person I met in person for sure) didn’t seem as polite as the rest of the team I met there! But the overall the experience has been 10 out of 10!

Ive gone to packham avenue for quite sometime, but today i am terminated for speaking up with one of their front desk ladies. I wont mention her name for her own privacy, but after today waking up to a text saying i would be subjected 65 dollars if i didnt comfirm the date they had put down after ive told them NUMEROUS OF TIMES! Not to book me, i would personally call them when i want to be booked. One of their front desk ladies had the nerve to argue with me & tell me i was rude & disrespectful for saying “ NO! I will not be subjected 65 dollars, that would be on them” she proceeds to msg me with unprofessionalism & argumentative behaviour .. the un-professionalism. Unacceptable! Then to further msg me “ hope your day gets better” my day had just begun & that was the first text i wake up to.. not to boot, 2years ago they had booked my daughter telling me she was “covered” & i asked for her to make sure cause i couldnt afford to pay if she wasnt, that id have to wait until i had money.. she said “yes shes covered” so i was totally fine with it. That day came after everything was done she handed me a bill & asked how i would like to pay & that my daughter wasnt covered…. I had no money! I was in tears & she had the nerve to step up from her chair & announce that she was a single mother as well… now if you as a single parent … then you should understand the situation. It was humiliating! There were other people in there.. they wanna talk about abusive & disrespect!? Boundaries are not met, when you tell them everytime “please dont book me without my consent, or ill call you when im ready” obviously theres a reason for it. I do not recommend packham avenue, they do not respect boundaries! They condone their staff being argumentative & unprofessional manner with their clients, but they dont appreciate when you give the same treatment!.

Today I visited Packham Avenue Dental and was very pleased with their work. Everything went quickly, qualitatively and comfortably. Dr. Glenda Orr and her wonderful assistant Wedy are professionals in their field and just very good people. At the reception I was met by a beautiful, sweet girl (unfortunately I forgot her name), who did everything to help me. If I have to treat a tooth, I will definitely turn to them again. Thanks to the friendly Packham Avenue Dental team.
