I came to Kelowna for work and was struggling being away from my family, it was a pretty dark time for me. Pacific Top Team didn't just give me a workout, they gave me a home. The McLaughlins are all incredible coaches who make everyone feel like family the second they step on the mats. They gave me a spark for Jiu-Jitsu that I’ll carry with me forever, no matter where I go. JD was incredibly kind and easy to work with regarding membership details. If you want amazing training and a genuine community, this is the place. Thank you guys for everything!

Been doing private Muay Thai trainings with Adolfo has been amazing. It is such a blessing to have access to a world class fighter and all around awesome coach like Adolfo here in Kelowna. I’ve been training at Top Team for 2 years in both Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and the experience has been incredible from day 1 to day 730. The coaches here are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress both on and off the mats. The community, the competition, and the personal growth has been well worth it. The opportunities in this gym are endless. 3 times I’ve had the opportunity to travel abroad to the U.S. to compete for IBJJF (and winning 🥇) — something I never imagined when I first started. Coach Adolfo is professional at Muay thai, he is patient and passionate, and the restroom is clean though, definitely gonna come back again
