Very appreciative of the friendly and professional staff. All three that I engaged with, created a welcoming and comfortable environment for my visit. A great sense of humor was evident as well. I recommend Pacific Rim Dental Centre to any and all.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gholizadeh and her entire team. Dr. Gholizadeh was incredibly professional, kind, and truly lovely. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. I also would like to sincerely thank the receptionist and the hygienist for their warm welcome, patience, and excellent service. The whole team was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend this dental office!

DONT come near this place. All they want is your money. Iv been treated at this clinic for a few years and was happy at first with the level of care the Dr exhibited. However, lately, a few things occurred that made me realized I had the wrong impression. 1. About a month ago I wished to book an appointment for a clean prior to the expiry of my health insurance, the front desk lady refused (impolitely, I must say) then upon a request for my X ray from another clinic that has agreed to take me in prior to the expiry date of my health insurance she called me back upset about me seeking treatment at another clinic and all of a sudden offered an available appointment which a refused as I already booked an appointment with the other clinic. 2. When I went to the new clinic for a clean (after not having my teeth cleaned for a while I have to admit) the lovely lady did a great job and sent my home in less than an hour making me question why when I went for a clean at pacific rim they claim that another clean is necessary and when the 2nd clean was done they suggested another one. Why am I being pushed to have so many cleans having to pay more and more when my teeth are not that dirty and messy and can be cleaned In one session as proven by the other clinic (I have to say that I mentioned nothing to the new clinic about the old clinic) 3. The other day a piece broke of a tooth that has been filled 4 years ago at pacific rim, something that is very likely a result of weakening of a tooth wall as a result from either faulty or weak fill. I called pacific rim to explain and ask for assistance, however, all they had to say is that I am no longer their patient and that it has been 4 years and “I should be happy that it lasted that long”. Well I have at least 3 fills that I have gotten over the years which are still intact over 15 years later. Not once have I experience an issue with a fill not such lac of responsibly from a clinic when the treatment they have give to me went the other way and worsened the state of my teeth nor have I ever been advised prior to the procedure that I will have to change the fill “every two years” (according to the clinic office manager). Long story short, all these people want is YOUR MONEY. They don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. It is safe to say I won’t be back.

As someone who has had some poor experiences in other dental offices, I went to the office recently for fillings and was dreading it. The receptionist was very welcoming and warm and I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. The assistant/hygienist and the dentist were very professional and talked me through the procedure. They definitely helped alleviate the anxiety I was feeling and were very patient and understanding as well. I would recommend this office if you’re someone who experiences a lot of anxiety and dread around dental care.

I had an excellent experience at Pacific Rim Dental. The staff was welcoming, and the dentist, Dra. Kirsten was professional and thorough. The cleaning was gentle yet effective, leaving my teeth feeling fresh and polished. The entire visit was quick and comfortable, and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality dental care. Thank you and good job ❤️🙏🏻
