I had a great experience at Pacific Coast Dental today with Dr. Amin Soltani. They were able to fit me in later the same day, which was a huge relief after my previous dentist was booking almost five months out. The office is downtown, very central, and feels modern and well-updated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated Dr. Soltani’s approach. He was honest and straightforward with his feedback about my teeth, without any pressure or upselling. I’ve been to dentists before where I questioned the motivation behind recommendations, but that wasn’t the case here at all. Overall, a very positive experience. I’m glad I made the switch and would definitely recommend Pacific Coast Dental.

I am from out of Province and while in Victoria I had dental emergency. They were able to get me in immediately and releive my pain until I can get home for surgery. They were so kind, caring and compassionate. So thankful that I chose this dental office for my first call!

I wanted to address a point made by another reviewer: Dr. Bennett no longer owns this practice. My recent visit was satisfactory, though the staff seemed a bit disorganized—likely because they are still new. I’m sure the new dentists are great, it’s just unfortunate that patients weren’t informed about the change in ownership. A bit of communication could have prevented the surprise of walking in to find everything different. Good communication is key to building trust and maintaining strong patient relationships.

I had a dental emergency and walked into Pacific Coast Dental in Downtown Victoria. They accepted me immediately, even though I was a new patient. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the dentist quickly addressed my issue with expert care. The hygienist was also great, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Plus, their services are affordable, and they accepted my insurance without any problems. If you’re in need of urgent dental care, Pacific Coast Dental is the place to go!
