Love the instructors and environment! 10/10 recommend, especially the yoga based classes! (Would love some more freedom flows at 6am). A great community to be in and so nice in the cold winter

This was my first fitness class, and I appreciated how Jody demonstrated each step before we began exerting ourselves. I loved her energy and encouragement, even though there were moments when I struggled to follow along. After 11 years of a sedentary lifestyle, I’m motivated to take better care of myself as I age. My goals are to gain strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. One thing I would like to mention is that I'm unsure about the tools I might need. I noticed there are blocks and weights available for everyone, but since it’s my first day, I plan to participate without them. Jody’s instructions were clear, and I’m really glad I chose to start my fitness journey with her. Thank you for the wonderful beginner's experience!

I truly loved my experience at Oxygen Yoga (South Regina Location) Shawna was my fav teacher - I love how she gave us all permission to meet ourselves where we were at, but also inspired us and pushed us to do our best. She was also great at cueing and guiding and was an overall fabulous instructor! Super great customer service and nice people - I loved the temperature in the rooms too. Thank you!

I visited today for a class for the first time as part of their June promotion that allows a father to come for free with a member. I can see why my wife is here several days a week! What an excellent atmosphere and great class. This is more than simply a yoga studio, the fitness class was high energy and exhausting (in the best way possible). If you're in Regina and looking for a new place for yoga or fitness, definitely come check out Oxygen South.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio! I recently went to Bali and even with all of the amazing studios there I still missed the team at Oxygen South and couldn’t wait to get back. They really know their stuff and create such a great environment to learn and practice yoga and fitness. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started coming about a year ago and they always made me feel so welcome at every level I was at. Oxygen South changed my life for the better and I have all of the amazing instructors and staff to thank for that. Thank you all!
