Glad I saved myself so much money by going somewhere else.**** I brought my vehicle to this shop for repairs following an independent out-of-province inspection. I was quoted over $2,500 for the work, which included a power steering pump replacement and a wheel alignment. Neither of these items was listed as a failure on the official government inspection report. The shop attempted to inflate the bill with several questionable charges. They EVEN quoted 1.5 hours of labor to install a seat that simply clicks into the seat brackets. To which I laughed at him because it was absolutely blatant that he was trying to scam me at that point. When I asked about light bulb repairs, they claimed it could take hours to check the wiring and suggested there might be complex electrical issues. (Without even changing a bulb yet) Additionally, they charged me an $80 inspection fee for doing nothing and a $48 charge for a minor brake adjustment that I never authorized. When I moved my vehicle to an honest shop, I received a quote for the exact same required repairs for $1,400 including the unauthorized repairs this shop was claiming they needed to do. It was still far less than the quote I received at OUR MECHANIC. Troy the manager seemed to be really trying hard to bolster the costs of everything and mentioned over 10 times the fact that I had gotten an out of province inspection done somewhere other than his shop which seemed to be problematic for him. I felt pressured and was repeatedly told I should have used their facility for the inspection and that they would have prioritized my vehicle if I had come to them for the out of province inspection as well. Which led me to get a creeped out feeling that they were predatory and dishonest. They'll probably pay to have this deleted. I work in social media marketing so I know how these businesses operate. They pay for fake reviews and pay for removal of real reviews that are negative. Everything I've said is on paper and this place has been reported to AMVIC.

Troy at the front desk is very knowledgeable. I've had them service 2 of my personal vehicles as well as my fleet vehicles. Since 2018 they have come through every time.

Honest Mechanics??? These are the most honest people period!!! I lost my wallet with lots of cash in it weeks ago and when they did some major work for me they found my wallet and just put my it back in the console where I would see it. I had to call Troy and thank them. Of course, the work is amazing, best ever and the price was fabulous. Thanks Troy and to everyone who works there. Sincerely Mike

Been going here for about a decade. Very fair and trustworthy business. Wouldnt want to go somewhere else, its hard to find a mechanic you can trust
