We have been going to Ottewell for quite a few years with our sweet girlie. This past 6 months has been a hard one on her. She has undergone 3 surgeries, and had an eye ulcer rupture. The team at Ottewell always goes above and beyond for us - answering our numerous questions with patience, the vet always welcomes our over concerned phone calls, and they do their best with squeezing us in when emergencies come up. Poofa is always so excited to go to the vet, despite her numerous surgeries. Not only do they offer her favourite treat, but her vet is always so sweet to her. The vets at Ottewell always recommend realistic solutions to Poofas health concerns - using logic and common sense when providing recommendations. They are very reasonably priced and never gouge - they explain what is required, what is optional, and what the benefits of both are. I fully trust the team at Ottewell to provide the most realistic and best care for our sweet girl. Thank you Ottewell team - your efforts are so appreciated!

The clinic is clean and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. Our bearded dragons visited here and we always received careful amd helpful advice and care.

I recently became a client of Ottewell Veterinary Clinic. The front desk staff are amazing and I have been throughly impressed by Dr Barb . She is so kind , knowledgeable and empathetic. I am so happy to have her look after my chihuahua Diego. We had an appointment yesterday and I was very upset with worry , she understands that. While having his blood tests done she encouraged me to wait for a few minutes outside so I would not be able to hear him cry . Amazing what more is there to add .

Been going to Ottewell Animal Clinic for a lot of years. We take all our animals to see them there. Our 17 year old pup who passed away 4 years ago now and our 18 year old cat who is still with us were our 1st ones to go see them, followed by our 12 year old Great Dane who we got when she was 5 our 4 year old Boston Terrier who we got at 10 weeks old, and our newest family member our 3 Year old Great Dane who we got at 9 months old. Between how we take care of our animals and the care that they receive from the vet’s and vet techs at Ottewell Animal Clinic our pets have lived extraordinarily long lives. Our 18 year old cat has been diabetic for the past 8 years and really shouldn’t have lived more than 15 years old and well Great Danes usually don’t get past 8-9 our girl is 12 & still going. I can’t say enough nice things about them at Ottewell Animal Clinic they are all fantastic people and do amazing work.
