I had a very good experience at this salon. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and explained the process clearly. My hair color turned out beautiful and even, and the haircut suits me really well. The salon was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend this salon to others.

Yusef is a very talented stylist and he gets 5 stars from me. Best colorist I've had in years and the only one I'll go to now after seeing him twice. Only gave 4 stars to the salon as I'm just used to better customer service from other salons. No one took my jacket or offered me a water. Front of house was a little chaotic. But don't let that deter you, everyone was really nice and all the stylists are amazing here! Everyone left with really great hair.

I just got my hair done at Oso Saloon yesterday, and their service was absolutely A1! They did my extensions perfectly—so natural and flawless. The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The extensions blend seamlessly with my natural hair, and I’ve already received so many compliments. I’m really happy with how my hair looks now and would definitely recommend Oso Saloon to anyone looking for top-quality hair extensions and excellent service!

I visited this salon today. My designer’s name is Summer. She gave me a warm welcome and a cup of hot coffee. She is very professional — that’s why she has been working for over 10 years. Actually, I have extremely curly and damaged hair, so it’s very difficult to manage. But she understood exactly the style I wanted. Not only does she have quick hands, but she’s also very sensitive and attentive. Thanks to her, my hair didn’t get any more damaged — instead, it became shiny and healthy. I’m really satisfied with the result. Of course, I’ll definitely visit again! I highly recommend experiencing Summer’s professional touch.

I asked for a mix of the first two photos “so blondish brown” instead I got ginger. I had booked for a hair dye and after showing the senior hairstylist what I had wanted she said that she could make it a in between color which wouldn’t use bleach . I said sure and she put the mix in my hair but it smelt like bleach I tried to trust the process and see how it goes. After my hair wash I had quite literally asked her “this isn’t it right?” And she said “oh it’ll look better after it’s blow dried” it in fact didn’t. I also tried washing it multiple times to see if it would blend out which is what the stylist said. I asked for a refund and they said it was against their policy but who am I to trust them touching my hair again. Personally the workers were nice but their work is very sloppy which was very upsetting , I do not recommend getting your hair done here unless you are looking for a bad hair job.
