I had a great experience with this cleaning service. The team was punctual, professional, and very thorough. Had a friend contract Orange Clean to clean the carpets in her 2 br condo. They came in the day before handing over the keys to the new owners. The assured her that the baseboards would be cleaned as well ( she has a neurological condition that keeps her from getting low to the ground to do cleaning (it makes her pass out). The new owners arrived and sent her pictures of all of the work that hadn’t been done and it nearly caused a breach of the terms of sale (sale was, among other things, subject to having the place professionally cleaned). This nearly cost her a substantial penalty! They then started harassing her for payment, 3 weeks before the payment is due (it’s still not due until tomorrow). They have been calling from spoofed numbers all hours, day and night. The fact that they themselves are in breach of contract by not providing the contracted services not withstanding and harassing her for no reason makes me furious and by using spoofed calls and their business practices really feels like they are a scam and a con!!! Save yourselves the heartache (and headache) and get someone, ANYONE else!
