Found these guys on the AMA website when I needed a last minute insurance inspection done. They got me in for the inspection pretty much immediately, found a few things that needed to be repaired to pass the inspection, carried out the repairs for a fair price. When my insurance company dropped the need for an inspection report, Optimum dropped some of the inspection charges. Overall great service. Will go back if I need more work done on my truck.

I would like to share with everyone in need of repairs. I had a GMC Acadia that needed to replace the timing chain. I took it to Optimum Auto Service and the installed it in two days. The engine ran smoothly and purring. Unfortunately I was involved in a head on collision on the yelloehead and the car was written off. I bought a replacement car a 2018 Ford Explorer and I noticed after a year of driving it that it also need to change the timing chain aswell. I didn’t hesitate for a second I called Optimum Auto Service and was given a quote and I had in in the next day.They had it done in a day and half. I can’t say enough about these guys. They’re the best shop in town. They’re honest and accurate about there quotes. No hidden fees or bull crap. Straight up honest reliable company. I highly recommend these guys you won’t be disappointed. I’m a retired journeyman mechanic red sealed mechanic myself but unable to work on it myself because of years of abuse to my body. So I know what they know. Let me tell you this they know what they are doing and they do it exceptionally well. They will always be my go to shop to get good quality work.The owner,”Basit Alqubaisi” is very polite and honest. Great person to talk to about your car issues and get the problem resolved quickly for you at a decent price. Go here if you need your vehicle fixed. You won’t be disappointed or regret going to Optimum Auto service for great value and service.

Very Polite, honest and knowledgeable Staff. I had no idea my vehicle came with a block which I thought didn’t especially now that it’s cold! Basit advised me to bring my car in so he can check to make sure it’s not included with my car or that it may be missing. He found it ASAP! They even tested it to see if works! Amazing! And all free of charge! ♥️ I am definitely coming back here! They are all so warm and welcoming. They even offer you a beverage while you wait! You need to go there! Top notch service! 250%!!!!!

Highly recommend Optimum Auto Service for your car needs. They were able to fit me in quickly and take care of the problems with my car. They even gave me a diagnostic so I know what I need to be planning for next. Basit is straightforward but kind. Your team are doing an amazing job.

My experience with Rafael and the entire team at Optimum was excellent. My first time visiting and my 2011 needed some TLC and they delivered in all areas; diagnostics; quality work; after service inspection and good pricing on quality all weather tires. I highly recommend optimum for any and all services you may need
