I joined Opex about 3 months ago. I love the non-judgmental environment of this facility! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 11 people working out at a time and a trained staff member provides guidance while you work out. They can correct your form if you're doing something incorrectly which helps to prevent injuries. I would highly recommend Opex to anyone who wanted to improve their level of fitness in a non-judgmental environment. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is the staff at Opex can help you meet your fitness goals!

I was looking for Gym that,Provides personalized Approach with training, Nutrition and over all assessment of your goals that you want to achieve in terms of your fitness goals and for a long time I was just but was not able find the gym that I would check all the Marks. Until I found Opex Gym really the best place to workout.

I hadn’t been to a formal gym for a number of years. My wife found Opex on line and we went for a consult/meet and greet. Very friendly staff and coaches who develop a program focused on your level of fitness. There is a coach/trainer on the floor at all times and they have professional backgrounds and training. I recommend a visit,it’s the best gym I have ever attended.
