I had my skin consultation with Rochelle and then booked my first facial with extractions. Rochelle was amazing both times! She was so knowledgeable, kind and gentle through the entire process. 24hr later my skin is super glowy and hydrated, and much smoother than before the facial. I'm excited to be back next month and be making this a routine in my schedule.

My mom went in for age spot removal and the results look great so far. Overall, we were happy with the treatment. The only downside was the front desk experience. The staff member wasn’t very attentive or friendly with us, especially compared to how she interacted with the next client, which felt a bit odd. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was noticeable. There was also some confusion with scheduling. We were told a follow-up patch removal appointment was booked, but when we arrived two weeks later, another staff member said we weren’t in the system. Thankfully, they still accommodated us since it was a quick procedure.

Completed 6 sessions of Kyung-Lak Sculpting Facial and the results are phenomenal. I’m so happy with the results. The appointments are relaxing and smooth. My face and neck are more lifted and it helped with my overall bloating. Can’t wait for more sessions. Best thing I discovered this year haha! Hailee and Rochelle are amazing! They’re always so kind and accommodating, and they make sure to ask if I have any concerns about my skin. After each treatment, they give me helpful tips to speed up healing, which I really appreciate. I’m already seeing great results and I’m super excited to finish all my sessions!

Just finished up my fourth pico toning session and i was already loving the results after my 3rd session!!! I had some sun and acne pigmentation from wearing little to no sunscreen growing up. Rochelle has been very kind, educated and professional (with a great sense of humour). Before my pico toning, I also did a deep extraction facial. My skin felt so clean and hydrated afterwards. I highly recommend seeing the ladies here at the Edmonton location!!!
