I've been going to Onyx Beauty Lab since Marissa first opened the clinic. I received a comprehensive consultation on my first appointment to assess my skin health, lifestyle factors, and the specificities of my own skin for long-term planning and care. What sets Onyx apart is this custom and holistic approach. They don't just focus on quick fixes or isolated treatments and won’t recommend or sell services that aren't right for me. They also carry a variety of products/brands to curate a personalized routine. I mainly see Marissa because she’s an experienced NP and her attention to detail is remarkable. She takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and empower me to make informed decisions. And I really value the intimacy of the clinic. The entire team at Onyx is knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely friendly and the clinic is quiet, calm, clean, and private. I recommend Onyx Beauty Lab to anyone looking for a boutique experience with medically trained staff and aesthetic expertise.

I've been to half a dozen Botox clinics across Canada given my social life. And I'd have to say this one small boutique in Pandosy outshines everyone. Lady at the front desk was welcoming, Marissa also delivered - her consultation was thorough and actually educational. For treatment to last, skin care is part of it. Marissa made sure to reinforce that. I love it. We often rely on technology to fix everything and neglect what we need to do on our parts. All things aside, my result kicked in nicely, pricing was fair, service was top notch. Really, what else you need? Thank you again Onyx Team.
