Came for the intro offer, stayed for the calm. After surviving 9 sessions of slow flow & yin, I finally graduated to All Levels yesterday 😄 Great instructors, great patience, and zero judgment. Looking forward to more slow flow… with occasional bravery.

One Yoga Way is a fantastic yoga studio in Victoria. I’m new to yoga and this is my first studio, so it was important for me to find a place I’d want to come back to — and this studio truly is one. Friendly atmosphere, professional and supportive instructors, convenient location, and fair pricing with trial classes. Highly recommended!

I want to give it 3 stars so the classes don't book up because I prefer to decide last minute which class I want to attend, but that would be unfair. The studio and especially the teachers deserve 5 gold stars. The teachers are friendly, they push you but also give you space to only go as far as your body needs in each pose that day. The teachers have a great vibe and although totally professional, they teach with a sense of humour and lightness. The studio is super clean, and the change rooms have showers. I like that there are no mirrors in the studio but natural light from two big windows. The studio is heated to 30C so it is warm but not (too) hot.

One Yoga has quickly become one of my favorite places to be. The vibe is always so good—calming, uplifting, and full of positive energy. Everyone here is genuinely warm and welcoming, from the instructors to the other students. Every class leaves me feeling centered, refreshed, and grateful. I couldn’t ask for a better yoga home.

I'm enjoying the classes at One Yoga Victoria. The practice style for most classes I've taken is a vigorous Vinyasa approach and the studio is heated to 30 degrees, which is really helpful in going deeper into the poses. The practice room is quite big and the classes are well attended, and it feels nice to be in community. The teachers rotate from week to week. They each have a unique style but are consistently excellent and provide great cues. Most classes are all levels. I feel reset in body and mind after every class. Very grateful to have this studio in my neighbourhood!
