5 star customer service from owner, Peter! I took in a garment that, through a genuine error, had some dye run. Peter called me immediately to explain what happened and how the staff tried to remedy the dye stain. We discussed what it would cost me to replace it and without any push back, Peter made it right! I can't say enough about how rare that is and why I recommend Peter and the stores that work with him!

Brought in to remove the stain at the bottom of my simple wedding dress which I was told it can be removed. They charged $165 and the stain was still there. Basically ripped off my money and told me to come back after my party and they will try again. I was asked to pick up my dress the day before my wedding party and insisted on me paying for the dress with no accountability. I have a dirty dress and a man (most probably owner) saying it’s not a big deal and nothing to get upset. I could have used that money to buy a new dress or look for other dry cleaner if they were being honest from the beginning. I also think because there’s just not many dry cleaning store in Victoria they took advantage of the price and service. Go to this place at your own risk. I should have looked at the reviews before sending any of my clothes here.

I got my custom made curtains drycleaned here, pick it up and paid $60 for the 1 curtain to be "cleaned". Got it home and realized they had torn the pleats and the fabric was ripped too. When I went back to ask them to either replace, repair or just even simply give me my $60 back they refused. Straight up awful. Custom curtains run up to thousands of dollars to have made. And this drycleaner did not care, and simply made excuses and then said "its still usable", while it's been torn apart in reality.

Brought in a jacket with a few small stains for them to remove. They tried and failed to remove the stains. They chose not to try to reduce the other stains because they were worried about damaging the fabric, which is fine, but to charge me $28 for a poorly done job is ridiculous. Won’t be going back. EVER!
