Usually train at the north location, but occasionally come for a session here. Great people, proper equipment, not some fancy modern hipster gym… it’s the real deal. Great ownership. Membership prices are very reasonable and the gyms are almost never too busy.

After trying numerous gyms in this city, I can confidently say this one is a cut above the rest. What truly sets it apart is the fantastic community; members are dedicated to their fitness goals while still being incredibly kind and approachable. Kudos to Alex, the owner, for creating such a great space, and special thanks to my excellent trainer, Heidi. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Alex is a great guy ! Reasonable, respectful and honest , it's truly great to be apart of his dream and this gym is really amazing . Atmosphere is top notch and alot of freedom . Gives me old school gym vibes , that's a rare thing!

Started working out at this gym 2 months ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! The people here so nice and welcoming and non judgmental. Has a lot of trainers that are amazing especially Heidi I highly recommend her!!!

Alex is an absolute legend. My partner and I are evacuees from jasper staying in Calgary. We were desperate for a gym to use so I reached out to the gym. From this Alex offered for us to use the gym free of charge. The gym has a very homey feel, with all the equipment I need. Great for all abilities. 5 stars! Highly recommend!
