Bought a used 1 ton cube van and OkaPro was on CarFax with all service history so I took it back to them for inspection all good. Next day flat tire into Kal Tire for tire repair and while in the Kal Tire shop they give me a quote for $3000 worth of front end work Kal Tire says van needs. WHAT? I called OkaPro and told them and sent the written report and quote they said bring it in asap for a free inspection which I did and there was nothing wrong with front end at all. Be careful full warning I avoided a scam and thank OkaPro for being so decent!

Theo is a very honest and isn’t trying to take your money. Everyone I encountered is very open and helpful and willing to explain in detail what’s going on with your vehicle. I won’t be bringing my cars into any other shop in Kelowna from now on. Very thankful I found these guys, I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Theo is very easy going. I liked his shop service on my Kia Rio. I will go back again for any future vehicle issues. He charged me a fair price as well.
