Excellent clinic with genuinely attentive and caring staff. Scheduling was very accommodating, which makes a stressful situation with a pet much easier, and the pricing felt reasonable and transparent. You really get the sense that they care about both the animals and their owners. I would absolutely recommend Okanagan Animal Eye Care.

I CANT PRAISE THESE GROUP THAT WORKS AT OKANAGAN ANIMAL EYE CARE ENOUGH!!!! For a specialist you expect to get a huge bill but the vet here never over treats or over charges I know that can be a feeling people have when dealing with a vet but I have never felt taken advantage of EVER!!!! And they truly care about the animals that come into their office! Not to mention, this is the first vet that has mentioned to me that you can get some medication’s for your pet at your pharmacy for a fraction of the price you would pay at the vet office as well as giving quite a few refills on the script so you never run out! I definitely feel confident recommending them to anybody who needs an eye specialist!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole team at Okanagan Animal Eye Care. My dog recently had cataract surgery and they were all so kind + caring every step of the way. Even with some struggles along the way; they were there for every step, making me feel extremely supported. Max and I appreciate you guys so much ❤️

Amazing team that goes above and beyond. They truly care for the animals and for their people. Very understanding and willing to communicate, work with your schedule and work with your local vet (if from out of town). They fit my 7 week old puppy in multiple times for his sudden onset of blindness. His vision unfortunately couldn’t be saved, but if it could’ve they would’ve. Definitely trust them with your furry babies ❤️.

We had a consultation today for our fur baby and were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we received. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Bauer and Kayla were amazing—both took the time to answer all of our questions, offering clear explanations and laying out all of our options. We left feeling informed and grateful for their care. Highly recommend!
