I had an excellent experience with OK Roof Revival. From start to finish, they were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. There was absolutely no sales pressure just a clear, honest assessment and a very detailed, well-prepared quote. What I really appreciated was the in-person experience. It was refreshing to deal with a real person who took the time to come to my home, walk through everything face to face, and answer questions without rushing or pushing a sale. It was simply straightforward, respectful communication. I ultimately decided to postpone the work for a year or two, and they were completely understanding and professional about it. That level of candor and respect really stood out. I’ll absolutely be reaching out to OK Roof Revival when the timing is right and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional service.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jaden and Nathan for our house lights. The entire process was incredibly seamless from start to finish, and the lights look amazing! We are very pleased with the final product, which only took about two days to install, as well as the fantastic customer service Nathan and his team provided. They had great attention to detail, which I appreciated. There are no random wires hanging about my house, and they also tucked the interior wires away nicely. I would highly recommend Nathan and his team to do your permanent lights!

Hired OK Roof Revival to clean the moss off my roof. They were the most reasonably priced. They sent me a very extensive proposal with options to choose from. It looked very professional. They did a good job but the only two issues I had: 1) Communication leading up to the appointment. I didn't receive a confirmation so I really wasn't sure if they were coming. So, I reached out to confirm. 2) The gutter on one side of my house was not cleaned. How can I tell? There was a plant growing that was there before and after the gutter cleaning. However, I called them and they came to clean it then took pictures to show me the evidence of the cleaning. What I liked is 1) their presentation and 2) the photos they shared with me on the job after it was done. 3) They also did some asphalt repairs and 4) provided additional recommendation for extending the lifetime of the asphalt. Overall, very good and the most competitive per square inch price for roof cleaning.

Had a great initial meeting/consultation with the owner. Contracted Ok Roof Revival to Revive and seal the roof. Only completed the revival not the sealant portion (perhaps miscommunication). Had all sorts of trouble getting the warranty document (more disclaimers than warrantable items). Clean up was minimal but the biggest complaint was dealing with the Sales Manager Dan M. Rude and pompous!!! If you contract with them, make sure you take your own before and after pictures!!!! Cameron (the owner) smoothed things over. I would deal with Cameron again!!

Came across OK Roof Revival at a local home show in February after experiencing a roof leak (that got worse shortly after the initial interaction). They then came to my house a few weeks later and did a drone over with photos. They presented me with a detail account of my roof's condition and gave me affordable options. It did then take several weeks for someone to come to the island to do the in person inspection, but that was very reasonable. They were able to schedule my home shortly afterwards for the repair and rejuvenation. My only issues were with communications and issues with the financing after the repair. After the initial presentation, I kept having to follow up to get a set answer. And then communications broke down when they had to reschedule the repair (was supposed to a Thursday and rescheduled to Sunday afternoon) I was ok with the reschedule after I rearranged my schedule for the Sunday. Then I received multiple appointment emails the day before (Saturday) kept changing the time on Sunday. While this was going on, a worker showed up on the Saturday to stage the day before the repair was scheduled and we were not home. We really didn't know what was going on. A call later, from Cameron, resolved the confusion. The repair itself was well done as well as the rejuvenation. They did a beautiful job on my roof. It looks fantastic. They supplied before, during and after pictures. It did take a few days to get the final invoice cleared up as the wrong financing was set up but it was fixed by their office within a week of the completion of the repair. All in all, it was a good experience and I would still recommend them over any local roofing company. (and I did have 2 other roofers look at my roof who were useless).
